Collection: Vintage Coloring Books

These colouring pages come from somewhere: antique engravings, botanical plates and storybook illustrations, redrawn as clean line art. The shapes are real animals and real plants, which makes them far more satisfying to colour than the rounded cartoon outlines children get everywhere else.

Download once, print as often as you like. That matters with children — the same page gets coloured three times in a week, and the third attempt is usually the best one. Print on slightly thicker paper if you are using felt tips, and A4 is the format that works with every home printer.

Once the page is finished, it deserves a frame. Take a look at our printable wall art for kids and our printable activities.
