GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


1. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply when you, as an individual customer, place an order on www.wallango.com and the associated pages of the ("Site"). This sales agreement is between you and Wallango. Detailed contact details and further information on the company Wallango can be found on its website. The terms and conditions apply only to you as a private customer placing orders on this website.

Wallango reserves the right in individual cases to reject or modify your order (e.g. if you provide incorrect information and/or we consider your credit history to be unreliable).

Wallango products are offered while stocks last and Wallango accepts no responsibility for any typing errors, inappropriate images on the Site, including inaccuracies in the product description or data sheet, incorrect or changed prices (e.g. reflecting supplier price changes or currency fluctuations), inaccurate information on stock availability. Wallango has the right to correct such errors and to change or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been entered for a product you have ordered, Wallango will notify you as soon as possible and wait until you have accepted the corrected price before shipping your order. All images on the Wallango Site should be considered as illustrations only. These images cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the corresponding item. Wallango accepts no responsibility for any third party information on its Site.

The Website and all of its content remain the property of Wallango or its licensors. The information published on the Site is protected by intellectual property rights and market laws. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout and product information, services and other content may not be reproduced or used without the written permission of Wallango.

2. CONTRACT AND ORDER

Before making any purchase on the site, you must accept the general conditions of sale. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to be bound by them in their entirety and declare that you have read and accepted the information on personal data and consent to our use of information and cookies in accordance with Wallango's Privacy Policy, which can be found on our site.

A purchase contract is concluded when Wallango has confirmed your order and you have received the order confirmation by e-mail. Wallango advises you to keep your order confirmation e-mail, as you will be asked for the information in your future dealings with Wallango Customer Service. You may cancel your order before it is picked up by the Wallango warehouse. If the order is cancelled, Wallango will refund any payment you or your debit or credit card company may have made. 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1
You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason within 90 days. The withdrawal period expires 90 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom posters, as these are made to order to the customer's specifications or are clearly tailored to their personal needs. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. If the products have obviously been used, we may make a deduction from the refund.

8.2
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail to the following address: wallangoprints@gmail.com regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. You will have to bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
Note: In case of return of a painting, the customer uses his right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return costs and the condition of the item after its receipt and during its return.

8.3
If you choose to withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). We will reimburse you within 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any costs for you.

8.4
We may defer payment until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is earlier

8.5
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 90 days after the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 90-day deadline.

8.6
You are responsible for the immediate costs of returning the goods.

8.7
You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods.

8.8

Please avoid damage and contamination of the products. If possible, return the products to us in their original packaging, with all their components, as well as all accessories. If necessary, please use additional outer protective packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please provide suitable packaging with sufficient protection against transport damage to avoid claims due to defective packaging.

8.9
Please note that the conditions mentioned in paragraph 8.8 above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
